I wanted to like this, and the idea behind it is cool, but it just feels way too expensive for what you actually get. Like, I kept thinking maybe it would feel more personal or a little higher quality once I had it, but not really. It’s nice in theory, and I get what they’re going for, but for the price I expected more. Just doesn’t feel like great value to me.

I ordered a custom song because I thought it would feel really personal and creative, but it felt generic. It wasn’t terrible, but it sounded like a template they might use for a lot of people with just a few details swapped in.
Some of the information I gave was included, but it didn’t flow very naturally, so the final song didn’t feel as special as I expected. For the price, I was definitely hoping for more originality, and I feel like some kind of refund or compensation would be fair.

The revision came back wrong the first time, and it ended up taking more attempts than I expected. It was frustrating, especially since I was hoping for a faster response and a smoother fix.

By the end, I was crying a little, so it definitely hit me emotionally. That said, the lyrics did feel kind of generic at times, which kept it from being perfect for me.

I got this for my mom, i couldn’t have picked anything better. She loved it so much she actually cried happy tears. Seeing her reaction made it totally worth it for me

The song was actually really nice, and the lyrics felt personal, which I appreciated. The weird part is, I could kind of hear the style they were aiming for, but it still didn’t feel that close to the sample to me. It’s still a decent gift and I don’t regret getting it, I just expected it to sound a little more like the artist style I picked

The idea is nice, but the ordering process was kind of annoying, honestly. A few parts of the form weren’t super clear, so I had to keep going back to double-check what I selected. Uploading the details also took longer than it should have, and at one point I was like, come on now, this shouldn’t be this complicated. I did get the order finished, but the site could definitely be easier to use.

I’m not trying to be overly picky, but I did send clear details and expected the lyrics to actually feel like they were about us. Instead, they came off really generic and kind of random. It barely mentioned anything personal, and some of the lines sounded awkward. For something that’s supposed to be personalized, I just don’t think it was worth it.

The song was completed in about a week, which was faster than I had anticipated. There was a slight delay getting the final file, but it wasn’t a major issue at all. Overall, smooth experience

I reached out to customer service and still haven’t gotten any kind of reply. At this point, it feels like whoever runs this just isn’t paying attention.

It was not the quickest shipping I have ever had, but it was dependable and there were no delivery issues. I would use them again as long as I am not in a big hurry.

I’d say maybe 2 or 3 lines felt a little awkward, which is why I went with 4 stars instead of 5. But overall, I liked it a lot, and my wife was super happy with it.

I got this thinking it would work for our anniversary, but it just didn’t feel like the right fit. Hard to explain, it was just kind of off for the occasion and didn’t give the vibe I was going for.

My first gut reaction was that the vocals were really nice. The singer has this warm, easy voice that pulled me in quickly, and the emotion came through well. A couple of words felt a little rushed here and there, but it was still sweet and really easy to listen to. I’d say 4 stars.
